Profile


Mr. Hogan joined our firm as an associate in August 2024 upon graduating from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. His areas of practice include medical malpractice defense and general civil litigation. Outside of the office, Mr. Hogan enjoys doing all things outdoors including golfing, cycling, and hiking in Colorado’s many public parks. 


Before joining Klein Cook Olson, Mr. Hogan was a legal intern at the Marion County Public Defender Agency in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he was a summer intern in the major felonies division. Mr. Hogan transitioned his defense work over to the civil side when he joined Bunger & Robertson as a law clerk for his 2L year of law school focusing on general civil litigation defense. Before attending law school, Mr. Hogan worked as a personal banker in his hometown of Iowa City, Iowa.
